Our Project Hench Training Protocol is a 12-week intense training plan designed to decrease body fat whilst building muscle.
The plan includes training, nutrition and supplement guidance, which requires a high level of compliance and dedication for best results.
“Progressive Overload” features throughout the plan, along with tempo changes, supersets, tri sets and drop sets to ensure the body is constantly challenged.
The training plan changes every 4 weeks, to not only keep the body guessing but also to keep training interesting.
The nutrition programme utilises a system known as “carb cycling” and “carb back loading”, which often needs tweaking for individual clients.
Clients are expected to train four times a week during Project Hench and follow the nutrition guidelines as closely as possible.
